What Connected Educators Do Differently
By Todd Whitaker, Jeffrey Zoul, & Jimmy Casas
This book reaches beyond the scope of the traditional connections that we have made over the course of our educational careers. The authors showcase what connected educators do that that sets them apart from their less-connected colleagues, which in turn, allows them to perform more effectively and efficiently. Being a connected educator does not mean that we no longer connect in traditional ways, it means that we are open to connect in a wide variety of ways (Whitaker, pg. 4). The main purpose of this book shows what connected educators do differently that sets them apart from those who do not, and how we can share those ideas, practices, and strategies (Whitaker, pg. 5).
